You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from our platform without prior written consent.
User-Generated Content
Our platform may allow you to submit, post, or share content, including comments, feedback, and assignments. You retain ownership of any content you submit, but you grant Afrinu a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content in connection with operating and providing the service.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you submit and that such content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
Payment and Subscriptions

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Afrinu, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Use or your use of the platform.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms will be brought exclusively in the appropriate courts, and the parties consent to personal jurisdiction therein.
